Eligibility for Return
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.
*Note: Manhole covers & Cast Iron Drains are Not Returnable
Initiating a Return

- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 6-7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Cash on Delivery order refund will initiate in the bank account.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@vdrains.com or through our support number.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with images & unboxing videos for our team to assess the issue.
- Our team will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement product or initiate a refund.
