- What should I do if my product shows as delivered but I did not receive it?
Ans. If you did not receive your product even though it shows as delivered, please share your complaint on our customer support WhatsApp number within 24 hours.

Ans. Once we receive your return and the quality control check is complete (without damage, in original condition, and without scratches), your refund will be initiated within 6-7 business days.
